Biofeedback

Biofeedback is a quick way to reference psychophysiological self-regulation training. This safe, effective and noninvasive technology uses biomedical sensing instruments to teach you how to take conscious control of many internal processes.

Biofeedback is an example of a noninvasive approach to wellness with no side effects or pain. It benefits people of all ages (adults and children) dealing with conditions that impact on their physical, mental and emotional health as well as developmental issues and opportunities for enhancing their day to day performance.

With biofeedback, you receive helpful information about your physiological functions in a way that’s easy to understand and use. It allows each client to be an active participant in their self-healing. Even slight adjustments in your internal physiological activity can be life-enhancing and therapeutic.

Our highly-trained clinician will work with you to help you notice and use the subtle forms of feedback available with this proven method. Biofeedback training will help you adopt new habits and approaches that will enhance your health and wellness. We are excited to develop a positive relationship with you to support your goals.
