Integrative Therapies

Our expertise helping clients of all ages has demonstrated the proven value of an integrative approach to health and wellness. The key is accessing each client and developing a suitable protocol that fits their needs.

Imagine flashing lights in your rear view mirror. This can generate panic or frustration even if the lights are a passing car unrelated to us. The same cycle of responding to external stimuli occurs with chronic pain, depression, illness, injury recovery, sleeping disorders, angry outbursts, and poor performance. In other words, some of our perceptions lead to experiences that may be self-limiting.

The added challenge is we are all different in terms of our experiences, perceptions and responses. Part of our approach at Austin Biofeedback and EEG Neurofeedback Center is to take the time and ask the kinds of questions that help us fully understand what a client is experiencing. This is the key for a thoughtful diagnosis and effective integrated treatment plan.

Integration goes beyond EEG neurofeedback and biofeedback training methods. It also involves healthy nutrition, supplements, moderate exercise, effective talk therapy, and brain exercises designed to enhance performance. Another aspect of integration is working closely with your physician or other healthcare provider. We appreciate the opportunity to work with you or your family member.
