As neurotherapists, we are often asked about “what part of the brain” is responsible
for a particular behavior or function. The answer is usually quite complex. Brain
function is like an orchestra, with many parts working in concert with one another.
This video is a wonderful visualization of a brain in action. The 3-D animation
shows real-time brain function from EEG signals. In fact, the power and
connectivity that this animation shows are two of the many things that we measure
with a Quantitative EEG (Q-EEG, or brain map). Enjoy!
